Contact

Before you write

If your internet is down, or your bill is wrong, we cannot help you. We are not an internet provider and we have no access to any provider’s systems, accounts, or support queues. You need to contact your provider directly. We are sorry — we know that is the least useful sentence on this page, and we would rather say it than waste your time.

What we would genuinely like to hear about

Something we got wrong. Corrections are the fastest email we answer. Tell us the article and what is inaccurate, and if we agree we will fix it and note the correction publicly.

Something you want explained. If you have hit something about internet service that makes no sense — a fee, a term in your contract, a speed that does not match what you pay for — tell us. Reader questions are where our best articles come from.

A problem using this site. If any part of the site is hard or impossible to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, or magnification, we treat that as a bug rather than a suggestion.

Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of any information we hold about you.

How to reach us

Everything above goes to one address, which is monitored:

hello@internetserviceguide.com

Telling us which of the above it is, in the subject line, helps us get to it faster.

We aim to reply within three business days. Corrections we try to answer the same day.

Providers

If you are an internet service provider and you think we have described your service inaccurately, write to the same address and tell us specifically what is wrong. We correct genuine factual errors on request from anyone.

We do not remove accurate criticism, and coverage is not for sale. Our Editorial Standards explain the rules, and our Advertising Disclosure explains how the site is funded.
